• I've got a message saying "Internet problem (error)" and it won't allow me to continue. First, please make sure that you have installed the most recent version of our program (please do not use old versions). Second, this may be an issue with a firewall or antivirus software, which might block your internet connection. Try to disable it for a while and see if this makes any difference. If not, please contact us and attach a screenshot of the error message.
We will answer your question within 60 minutes during business hours. If you don't get a response within an hour, it means that we are closed for the day (it's night time in our time zone). In such a case, you will hear from us within 24 hours.
